FSC Annual Memorial Concert

The Fountain Street Church Oratorio Choir presents:

Sponsorships and memorials must be received by 12 noon on Monday, April 11 to be listed in the concert program. Thank you.
Directions for contributing to the Memorial Concert:
1. Fill out this form and click on "Submit" then,
2. Go to the "Give" button on the top tool bar to make an electronic payment (you will need to select "Choir Fund" from the drop down menu)
3. Or send your check to: Fountain Street Church Adult Choir (please indicate on the memo line that it is for the Memorial Concert).
